SHIPPING

Your happiness is important to us so we make every effort to package and ship responsively. Breakable items will be wrapped carefully and further protected; your package may be flat, in a box, or in a tube, whatever medium deemed most suitable for safe travels ;-) Shipping times & fees may vary depending on the item, your location, and service you choose during checkout. Some items may have free ground shipping with paid expedited options.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

You can assume any item offered can be returned for exchange or refund unless otherwise stated in the listing. Any personalized item cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is an error or defect in the personalization itself. Any item returned must be in original packing as it was received to be eligible for the exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. Exchanges will be made within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. Some items may not qualify for a full refund/exchange amount. PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE RETURNING an item for an Authorization # and full instructions on our return process.

Acceptable Reasons for a Refund or Exchange:

1. Item is damaged *If your package is damaged, we suggest taking a video or several photos of you opening the package as proof of damage during transit. This is usually requested from the delivery service when a claim is put forth.
